Burgo

Bahan:

Tepung beras, sagu, air, garam, dan santan dicampur rata, kukus tipis-tipis di loyang, angkat dan gulung. Kemudian dipotong-potong.

Kuah:

Bawang merah, bawang putih, kunyit, ketumbar, kemiri dan lengkuas digiling halus, tumis, lalu masukkan ikan/udang halus dan santan kental. Masak hingga matang. Sajikan dengan daun bawang, seledri, bawang goreng dan sambal.
